Orgasm Relieves Stress

I like to say: “An orgasm a day keeps the doctor away.”

It feels wonderfully well for very good reasons. When you climax, your brain releases “the hormone of pleasure,” oxytocin, also known as “the love hormone.” Researchers also claim that this very hormone – released on a regular basis – would prevent adultery. While you climax your brain also releases endorphin. You feel blessed!

Doubtless, sex makes us feel relaxed… it’s one of the good things in life. The area of the brain which is related to anxiety and fear shows almost no activity during orgasm. Having sex, especially tantric sex is one of the best forms of meditation, as is dancing or creativity of all sorts. Concentration is love and desire keeps you focused on one thing only. Orgasms can take your mind off everything. Regular orgasms make you look younger. With age, sexual activity simply gets better.

So after an orgasm, you are reborn. You have the feeling that you are going to live and prosper forever. So how does it feel?

You suddenly feel unmatched freedom, your heart still beating fast, the sexual instruments still pulsating, your head blasted to heaven. It’s the time when you say to yourself: May it be always like this! You are so happy that you can allow yourself to be good. You are smiling and benevolent, and open-minded – so much that you can feel the draft. It’s like your mind has been swept off all its bullshit. You can actually talk to the most hateful person in the entire world and feel good about yourself. That’s what orgasms do to you. They turn you from a hater to a balanced person for at least 15 minutes. Then you have to repeat.

Every time you have them, your body is pleasantly surprised. There are thousands of orgasms in the world and no two are the same. It’s this unforgettable, irresistible moment – it acts on your self-confidence. People indulge in all kinds of mental stimuli to climax. Good sex and enough money make people feel good about themselves. Therefore, people say, they make the world go round.

I know that I can speak about writing until I annoy even the most patient person. It obviously is more than a passion to me. Dean Kansky said: "You know, the Greeks didn't write obituaries. They only asked one thing after a man died: "Did he have passion?"
