Dear Lady F, I Have Lost Attraction For My Girlfriend – There Is No More Thrill

And that’s the shit that happens with normal relationships. You have no other choice, but making it an “extraordinary” relationship.

How does that happen?

Well, just like you get your money. Work, work, work! Focus on the relationship, revive it, resurrect it, fill it with adventures, and if you have to – inconveniences. I know a wonderful person, who is in love with inconveniences. And is there a greater agony than being in love? Fall in love with a third person – that’s likely to bring the freshness you like into your lives.

Next, try absolute, blatant honesty. Act as if you are reading each other’s minds. In case you try to hide anything from her you are being dishonest – and that sooner or later that hurts your relationship. While truth does not hurt! Try it!

Oscar Benton sings: A honeymoon is over and the best days of a lover dead and gone…

Get on a new honeymoon. This time go to Paris. And do not go there to hang around museums and take pictures. Go there and spend some time together in each café, sipping warm beverages and talking about romance, politics, soccer, fantasies, writing, dancing, painting, lovemaking, each other – anything that you both love or distaste. Sing along with the street musicians, kiss on the bridges, paint in the park, feel the vibe of Paris together, as if you have been living here for ages.

This is your woman, and you need to know everything about her, to discover that you have loved her not for 3 but for more than 34 years (if that’s her current age) – and that she’s yours from previous and future lifetimes, she has come to you. You shall never take her for granted!

Make her grateful.

It could be breakfast in bed, or going on a boat trip, or a balloon ride. Bake bread or make pots together, then break bread on a picnic in the park and fill the pots with fragrant wine.

In order to be really bored in a relationship – you lack a spirit for living. Tango in the streets, let the rain pour over you, go to high tea at Ritz, or just stroll the lanes in the park. Do imaginative stuff until you start discovering each other again – this time in a more mature, and warmer manner. It’s too good if you have a common hobby – dancing, baking, painting, writing and why not pottery? If you both focus on a common project or goal, that will make you fascinated with each other again. Chances are you have not lost your soul qualities, which attracted you in the beginning. Chances are you are evolving. You can transform for the better. It’s all about not taking each other for granted. Celebrate each other. Make the passion last for an eternity by constantly improving yourselves.

Take daring initiatives together. Stimulate each other. Respect each other’s family, as if it was your own. A relationship becomes extraordinary when each of you learns how to serve and please the other. To have a divine relationship, you have to treat your consort as a Goddess. To have an alluring relationship, you have to act like a literary character, who’s main motivation is loving.
